New page fields obscured by admin notifications

    Create a new page, as admininistrator with some number of notifications as-yet undismissed or handled. The notifications are displayed on top of the block editors, rather than in Classic where they are displayed at the top of the page. I recommend accommodating the height required by notifications to determine the initial Y location of the Title and the first block fields.
