    The option you are looking for is called the Link Acknowledgement URL and is found under the General Options section, in the Moderation tab.

    Is there any other way than PayPal to donate?

    They’re not letting me use it as I have a restricted account.

    An alternative means of donation would be an Amazon.ca gift card, as I live in Canada.

    You can choose any amount of your choosing.
