new page not creating a link in the menu bar

    I created a new page titled around town.
    added one line of text “Tamarindo now has it’s own radio station 96.6. Great music!”

    I publish the page and I think that I clear the cash by holding down the Ctrl key andpressing F5

    https://www.casacanopy.com/around town is displayed with
    the text on the screen but there is no new page i.e. contact us.

    I need Around Town to appear in the menu bar.

    I have spen hours attempting this on my own.

    What is this page for? Could the menu selection be related to my problem?

    Edit Menus Manage Locations
    Your theme supports 3 menus. Select which menu appears in each location.

    Theme Location Assigned Menu
    Main Menu Edit Use new menu
    Second Menu Use new menu
    Mobile Menu Use new menu
