New page retrieves an old page

Hi WordPress

I have an unusual bug

When I click Add New Page an old page is retrieved.

Its the same old random page, one I thought was deleted, which is retrieved every time.

I am unable to change its name, its slug, permalink or turn off comments etc.

However I am able to change all of these attributes from the quick edit option

Anyone got any ideas whats wrong?
