New page with comment php coding

I have my wordpress blog set up and I just created a new page where I listed a movie reviews. I want visitors to be able to post comments about my movie reviews, similar to the index.php where visitors can comment about my posts.

What do I need to do to enable visitors to post on my movies.php page.
