    Please put it back. At this time the procedure you want everybody to use is just too involved for some people. I want to be sure that any new page I add will be treated as an entirely new page.

    Yes I realize it’s a change in the process that people are used to. Unfortunately the change has been baked into how the plugin works and putting it back is not trivial.

    Thanks for trying the plugin. I hope you find something more to your liking.

    I’m not sure how to answer that. The amount of effort required to write code is subjective. However, if you’re interested in making the modifications I’d certainly be willing to incorporate your code into the plugin housed here in the repository.
