new payment optiion not appearing

    As mentioned in the title, we added a new payment option via a plugin (Alma), though this payment option does not appear in ‘Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce’. Does it have a max? Or is this a known error? How to fix?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Currently, our ‘Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce’ plugin hasn’t been tested with the Almapay payment method. Due to this the new payment gateway is not shown in the ‘Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts’ settings page.

    To better assist you, could you please provide the specific ‘Almapay payment’ plugin copy that you are using on your site via creating the ticket on our support tool? We shall try to check the compatibility on our end and get back to you with an update.
