    Hi,

    A client of mine received a new phone, is it best if I reset there two-factor auth from their user profile “Reset 2FA configuration”?

    I should also mention we are using Okta as the app.

    Update on this, I reset the user through the admin profile “reset 2FA configuration”

    Only issue is, upon signing in again there was no two-factor authentication prompt even though I have it set to mandatory for all users with no grace period.

    Will it eventually ask the user to set it up?

    We can confirm that there is a problem with the policies. Basically, after you reset the 2FA configuration users are not asked again to setup 2FA.

    We will be including a fix in the upcoming update of the plugin, which will be available within a few weeks.
