New Plugin: Short Notes on the dashboard

I’ve created a new plugin, which I called “Headache with Pictures” (an allusion to a Futurama episode).

It is a simple, but useful tool to add a little area for notes and comments on the dashboard. If you blog with multiple persons, you can leave messages for each other on the dashboard. (User levels for writing and reading can be set.)
