New plugins: FOAF output and maps with visited cou

Hi all,
I have converted my FOAF output hack into a plugin, making it much easier to install, the FOAF Output Plugin.
Also, an add-on to that plugin, another plugin that lets you show on a map which countries and US states you have visited, the Semantic Visits Plugin.
