New podcast episode not showing in iTunes

My scheduled podcasts have been releasing fine until now. The post shows up on the website but not pushing to iTunes, Stitcher or Google Play.

I hit refresh on iTunes podcast and am still waiting for that to happen, in the meantime, is there something else going on?
