New poll doesn't show up, old poll works fine.

  • Hello, I used to have your poll on my site, installed with PHP code. Worked fine for years. Today, I closed the old poll and created a new one. And this new poll doesn’t show up ?? But when I reopen the old poll – old poll again works. I’m a bit confused…

  • I was facing the same issue. Turns out that I have the settings set to only show Closed polls and the new person uploading the polls did not close or set expiry dates for the new polls. Solution I set the options to show both Closed and Open polls. Or you could go ahead and close all polls.
