    Extremely sorry for the delay in responding.

    1. The above site links are not working for me
    2. Suggested to keep an individual sheet for connected forms, as this plugin reads the header and based on that data will be inserted. If in case used complex formulae or charts in the same sheet, then it may react differently, so try to connect with creating a new tab/sheet within the same spreadsheet and check it out.
