New Post Email to Subscribers coming from wordpress.com and not blog name

Yes! I’m having the same problem. How do we rectify this? My blog is https://www.sharingmom.com

I just want to clarify that I don’t care that the address is technically a “do not reply” address from WordPress.com but I’d like the “from name” that people see in their inbox be my blog name. Can anyone help?

The Sender information uses your Site title, as defined under Settings > General in your dashboard.

@curiositykilledthecubicle It seems your site title is empty at the moment. Could you fill in the Site title first in your General settings?

@josiedds Your site site is SharingMom, and that’s what we use as Sender name in notification emails. If you see something different in your mailbox, it may be because you created a new entry in your Contact book for that email address, with the name “WordPress.com”.

@jeremy: I am having the same problem. My subscriber blog posts used to come from “Nicole Lennox Creative,” but I must have accidentally changed setting and now they have been coming from WordPress.com. The site title in my general settings still says Nicole Lennox Creative so I don’t know how else to fix this.

Also, for some reason, it seems like WordPress.com/org lists my main website and blog as two separate WordPress blogsites that I manage.
