New Post Notification across Multisites

    I’ve looked around for a good solution for this and haven’t found any in a search for widgets or plugins. I’m running a multi-site install and what I want to do is, when one site gets a new post, having a link to that new post automatically show up in the other sites in the sidebar. That way people reading one blog will know to check out the others when a new post appears.

    Has anyone found a way to do that easily? All of the plugins and widgets I’ve found either send post notification to people via RSS or e-mail, or only do it for the same blog that it’s on.
