new posted post emails are not sent to subscribers

    Hello, I have a problem with the plugin and it is that when a post is published in a category the emails to the subscribers do not go out.

    I have installed the email log plugin and it seems that it tries to send it but it does not send it and it also says that the body of the message is empty (I am using the template: STC Basic E-Mail Template V2.3)

    I hope you can help me solve the problem.

    Does the enail go out if you deselect all email templates?

    I answered you by mail, but yes when I deselect all email template, it work!

    How can I solve, so that it uses the template

    You must change the templates small step by small step
