New posts do not get tweeted!

Great plugin. Thank a lot!
Initially I wanted the plugin to only post New Posts, but failed using the Day=1 option in order to accomplish that.
I have a large pool of posts, which the plugin now posts every 12 hours by picking one of them randomly. That’s actually cool.
But still.. I would like the plugin to post NEW posts immediately, as an exception to the timeout routine maybe?
