New posts dont show up in Firefox, but fine in IE (??)

I noticed that when I write a new post, it doesn’t show up on the front page. It is there under Edit Posts, and it’s there if I go as a single page view. I was trying to figure this out, and happened to check it on IE, and it is posting fine on IE(??) Tried clearing the cache, opening and closing firefox. All new posts do not show up in firefox. I’m lost, this is wayyy over my head. Can someone help me please? I don’t like IE, I want it to work in firefox
