New posts not automatically assigned category anymore

  • We’re using the Category:Add option on new posts to apply a 60 day expiration. It’s no longer working. A few notes:

    In the edit post screen the Enable Post Expiration box is checked on new posts automatically, still. However, the expiration category box is no longer automatically checked.

    Also, on the Quick Edit screen for the posts the Enable Post Expiration box isn’t checked automatically.

    Weird bug.

    Looks like the author hasn’t been active for a while. Anyone have an alternative for this plugin if they don’t come back?
