New posts not showing on Bloglines

  • I’ve searched the archives, and can’t find any recent posts on this issue. My most recent posts are not appearing in Bloglines. My RSS feed validates and does show the posts, but just not in Bloglines.

    I’m not sure if this is related to upgrading to 2.0.1?

    Usually a Bloglines “reset” does the trick, but they haven’t responded to my request in 5 days now.

    Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a larger issue, or do I just need to wait for bloglines?

  • That’s really odd. But I’d keep hounding Bloglines, sure looks like everything’s fine on your end.

    In looking over my subs at bloglines, I notice quite a few of the ones that have the feed originating from feedburner are having similar issues.

    Perhaps they’re having issues with Feedburner feeds. Perhaps its time to find a different web-based reader – but I’m concerned about those subscribing to my feed via BL (all 5 of them) not getting anything….

    When I first upgraded to WP2 a few weeks ago, this happened to me too. Then magically, Bloglines started showing my stuff again. And in the meantime, I myself had done absolutely nothing to change things. Strange.

    It might be worth leaving it a week or so..?

    I just received this e-mail from Blogines (after about a 3 day delay):

    Bloglines has received errors from FeedBurner while attempting to retrieve the feed in question. FeedBurner is aware of the issue and working to resolve it. We have manually reset the feed, although this may only temporarily resolve the issue in Bloglines. Subsequent errors may take 24 hours to automatically clear. Thank you for your patience.
