New Posts Not Showing Up On Homepage

Last week new posts started not showing up on the homepage for a day on one of my sites. What is strange though is that it only seems to be affecting some browsers and not others. In my office, on Chrome everything is fine, but in IE or even Incognito Mode Chrome it is not appearing.

Any ideas on why this may be happening?
