New problem with installing in Go Daddy…

    I can’t even get a connection to the install.php page. I keep getting “The page cannot be found”. I have specified the correct peramiters in the wp-config.php, and I have checked and rechecked my syntax in the address bar, and I have tried uploading it into the root directory (which is where I want it) and it’s own directory. What gives? Why won’t my host recognize that I’ve uploaded WordPress?
