New product for a registered customer

    I have a very unusual request from my client’s daughter- she wants to pay for her mother’s course as surprise. Her mother has already purchased my products and has a registration and I don’t know how to do this. I am already in touch with my web support but it usually takes a while before they get to me and I would like to know if I can do this myself. Thank you!

    Hi @juliepokorna. You can either have the daughter purchase the product. Once purchased, you change the customer in the order details (Downloads > Payment History > View Order Details) from the daughter to the mom.

    Or, you could request payment outside of EDD and use a free Discount Code to either give to the mom or use on behalf of the mom.
