New product for a registered customer

I have a very unusual request from my client’s daughter- she wants to pay for her mother’s course as surprise. Her mother has already purchased my products and has a registration and I don’t know how to do this. I am already in touch with my web support but it usually takes a while before they get to me and I would like to know if I can do this myself. Thank you!
