New Product Not Showing Up

    Hi there,

    I just added a new product to our website. It is a hat so it was added to our apparel category. However, I am having trouble with the product not showing up on the page after it was published. I have not had this type of issue before when adding new products.

    Also, I can see the product when clicking the “Bulk Order” tab but then it is not showing when the products are displayed as “Thumbnail/Grid”

    The product is ” Wes Ashcraft UT Patch – Trucker Hat”

    Has anyone had this type of issue before?

    Can you please share what page are you referring to here?

    If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    I can see the product when selecting Thumbnail/Grid as shown below:

    Can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser and see if that works?
