Hi!

I been using the plugin since 2 years form now.

Yesteday I have added 250 new products in the store

All data is exactly the same as te old products, no missing GTIN or MPN or any fields.

The issue is the feed is not including all new products and is only keeping the old products

What I have to do in order that the plugin adds all the new products?

I have tryed everything

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear not all of your products are making it to your feed. This could be caused by a feed configuration issue. We have listed all possible configuration reasons here: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Could you check the reasons mentioned and see if any of those could be causing the issue for you?

If not, can you than share the following with us:
- Your product feed URL
- The plugin debug.log URL

Thanks for sharing the debug.log with us. I had a look and cannot find anything specifically wrong with your feed configuration. Are you perhaps doing some (server-side) caching or object caching that could be causing the content of your feed to be cached?

Hi!

I have just deactivated the pluging that caches all wordpress content but the issue still persist.

Also I have cleared all caches in the website and the issue still persists

Server side we do not have any cache service.

Any help to solve the issue?

Nothing wrong with your feed configuration.

What happens when you create a complete new test feed without any filters too. How many products are in that feed? When there are a lot more the content of your original feed still somehow is being cached.

Any ideas on how to delete the feed cache or the cached version of the feed so the updated feed can be read?

I have just created a new feed to make a test as you suggested and NO new products have been added, the issue is persisting.

Any ideas on the solution of this issue?

and all those new products are normal simple or variable products (so no other product types) that are on status publish too?

All those new products which are not included in the feed are SIMPLE PRODUCTS and also they are active (published).

I have just tryed deleting the feed directly from the server publi_html and generating it again but the issue persist

We are a bit lost as to why they would not be showing, are you sure you are not running any object caching such as Redis?

Also, I noticed you are on rather old versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Is that for a specific reasons? Perhaps updating to the latest version will solve the issue at hand.
