new products not showing product image

Just tried to add a new photo to a old posting and the new photo did not show up also.

Well, that’s strange! I’ve checked your site HTML, and it is not loading the image either. It just loads the placeholder image instead.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of how that product looks from the backend? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Thanks so much for sharing the screenshot.

I tested this on my WooCommerce test site and it appears that the Product Gallery images will not be displayed if there is no image set on the Product Image tab:

Please add the Product image and check again. We’ll be here if you need any more help with this.

@rainfallnixfig thanks for the help! I swear i tried adding a product photo and it didn’t work, but ovecorse it works now.
