    As a first step, I’d like to rule out this issue being caused by a known conflict as we have helped some users track this issue down previously. Is your site running the SG Optimizer plugin by any chance? If not, are you running any other caching or optimization plugins?

    We use WP Rocket for caching.
    I also have our site running through Cloudflare.

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you here. I really appreciate your patience. ??

    While I don’t see any internal documentation of conflicts with these caching plugins, would you please try temporarily deactivating WP Rocket and Cloudflare to see if the issue gets addressed when you do?

    If the issues persist, could you please try disabling all your plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin to rule out a potential plugin conflict?
