New properties don’t show new products

  • hi, a few months ago I noticed a strange problem with the filter when we added two new products from new labels to our shop. I set it all up as usual and the new properties show up in the filter, but when clicked it doesn’t give any results.

    for instance we added thermal water bottles from the label IZY. IZY shows up in the filter, but when clicked it shays ‘No products found that match your search criteria.’ This is extra strange, because a property won’t show op in the filter if there is no product linked, so why does it show IZY in the filter, but can’t it find any products by IZY?

    The site is in Dutch, so if someone wants to take a look here’s the translations:
    ↓ filter uitvouwen = ↓ fold out filter
    merk = label
    × filter wissen = clear filter
    ↑ filter invouwen = ↑ fold filter back in

    oh and one more thing: The bottles do show up when you filter for other properties like ‘thermosfles’ (thermos). It’s just the brandname that doesn’t give results

    Hello,

    Checked your site and it seems IZY value do not have products at all, but after filtering it is dissapear.
    Maybe it is some cache related issue.

    Hi Oleg,

    Thank you for looking into this. That is the stange thing, because a value will only show in the filter if a product is linked to this value and when I check the product in the dashboard area it is indeed linked to this value like all the other products that do show up.
    If this is a cache issue, how should I resolve this?

    HI Oleg,

    I don’t understand what the problem could be. I wanted to show you how everything is set up with pictures. Hopefully you see something I missed.

    Image 1 – You can see IZY is listed as a lable (merk) in properties:

    Image 2 – You can see that this property is in use for one product:

    Image 3 – You can view this property, when I do the product does show up:

    Image 4 – This image shows how the product properties are set up in the product itself:

    But when you visit our webshop and use the filter to find IZY products, IZY disapears from the filter and no products show up.

    What could possibly be the problem? It’s not just this product.

    Is anybody else able to help me maybe? It’s still not resolved.
