mengeco there are several reCaptcha plugins that work with contact form 7 to allow you to quickly and easily add the new recaptcha to your forms.

once both are installed and you have added your api keys from Google you will then be able to use the
[recaptcha]
tag to add the newest recaptcha to your form.

Haven’t looked at that one yet but the dual combo I mentioned has worked well for me thus far.
