new reCaptcha (CF 4.3) not working correctly

Can I see the page that reCAPTCHA doesn’t appear?

contact form is on the right side, button “Anfrage”

and the same form is on every product page –> for Example: Main Menu/Terracotta-Fliesen/Terracotta-Bodenfliesen/Art Bl?ttermann/right Sidebar “Sprechen Sie uns an” and at the bottom of the page “Zur Anfrage”.

strange: right now it is working on every page/every contact form…

I’ve got the same problem, how can we solve this please ?

Iv’e found the issue, they didn’t integrated the script, so put this in footer.php for example:<script src=’https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js’></script&gt;

@metasequoia so, the issue was resolved? If so, please change the topic status to “resolved”.

The site uses page cache, right? I guess that was some kind of cache-related issue.

Flo Key Thank you a ton! I was having issue where it would show up first visit to page then no more on subsequent refreshes. Thank you again for the solution, worked perfectly! You are much appreciated.

Well at least sometimes… Maybe it’s the caching. I will observe the issue. Thanks for your support!
