New Recommendations Score

  • Hi,

    I have tried to use the plugin with a new page which has a score based on the new Recommendations system which replaced Reviews. The result is that the score is 0 even though on Facebook it is 5.

    Does the plugin work with the new system?

    Hi,

    The latest free version of the plugin supports a recommendations, but if you’re using the Pro plugin, you need to download the latest version 1.4.2 from your delivery email (which you should receive after purchase) and upload in the wp-admin.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, just realised I bought a single site license and am trying to use it on a different site. So the version I bought 1.3 is not updating, I guess due to the limit of it being a single site license. Can I upgrade the license or do I have to buy another single site one?
