New registration failed, why ?

  • Hi!
    I finished setting WP 3.0.1 Multisite + BuddyPress and everything seems just fine, so I try to play like a new visitor and submit registeration, I fill up every field and submit but no email received and when I login to admin panel, there is no any new user.

    Pls help.
