New Registration not Working

I am using QEM from years, everything was working perfectly, but after the WordPress and QEM updates. Newly created event’s registration not working even not loading data on Event Registration Report. First one from event page is not, others are working.

Technical Specifications: PHP Version 8.1, WordPress 6.5, Quick Event Manager 9.9.1
