"New Relic not running correctly" after reinstall

    Hi,

    I installed and used the plug-in. I was getting odd results so I deactivated and deleted it. When I installed it again it said:

    New Relic is not running correctly. The plugin has detected the following issues:
    * PHP module is not enabled.
    * PHP Agent is not enabled
    * API Key is invalid.
    * Account ID is not configured
    * Application ID is not configured. Enter/Select Application name.
    * License key could not be detected.

    My performance has been all to hell. Sometimes pages load. Sometimes not.

    After I deactivated and deleted the plugin, I noticed that I still had the folder w3tc-config in wp-content.

    Please help. I would like to get my site back to a clean state.

  • In the general settings of the plugin you have an option to enable new relic which is a service to basically monitor your queries and the performance of your website from the backend..

    You can disable it in the general settings and the errors should no longer appear.
