    Hi,

A lot of my users prefer to navigate to the page they wish to edit on the front end, then editing via the new revisions button on the top bar.

However when clicking this button, it seems to take you to a different page, with the slug /home-2 and not the page you are currently on. This is not the home page however, as it does not contain any of the content and when previewing it is the normal page template.

    HI @lcwlt

    Thanks for using PublishPress Revisions.

I could not replicate this issue locally. Can you please try temporarily change to another theme and see if the issue persists?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I have tested using the Twenty Twenty-Four theme and it works fine, it appears there’s some issues with my custom theme/child themes then, not sure what I have changed as it used to work fine.

    Thank you.

@lcwlt What themes you are using?

I am using a custom made theme and then creating child themes from that for personalisation of each site in my multisite environment.

@lcwlt Sorry, if it’s custom theme, I’m afraid we could not help it further. You could check with your theme developer on this issue.

    Thanks,

Faced the same problem. The New revision button took me to edit a random page (rather than the home page). This is not reproducible though. It happened only once.

Using GeneratePress theme. WP and Revision plugin both latest.

@lcwlt If the issue only happened once, I’m not sure if we could fix it.
