New rule not applied

    We just installed your plugin and added a packaging fee for one product with US location. I then tried adding that product to see if fee would be shown on checkout. It does not though United States as billing and shipping address is loaded. What am I missing here? Do we need a full US address right away to have the location filter work?

    Made billing address and shipping address New York, USA. And this way shipping fee was applied, but the new packaging fee was not. Very odd. Also tried product tag and country instead of product id/name, but still not seeing the dummy fee on checkout.

    I am also using WPML so read https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/dont-do-anything-2/ and made “Advance Conditional Fees (wc_conditional_fee)” translatable as well and now I do see the fees on checkout
