New Section for WP administrative page

I am the webmaster of a small church website. I have a couple of other who post articles and pages on the site. They are not technical people, they barely know html, definitely do not know css. The theme I am using requires some work arounds.

I would like to see a section on the Admin Page, a tab entitled site documentaton. It wouldl help if it was set up so that you could put code on the page that can be copied and pasted [they know how to do that] without the code being “live” in the documentation section.

This would be such a godsend. I need to make things easier for them, so they don’t keep saying “WordPress is too hard.”
