always good to start a new blog, congrats on getting it started.
Your blog needs a lot of work, am listing it point wise.
1) Blog is all about content, and your blog does not even have one article. It is time you start writing.
2) You got a few sidebar ads, and they seem to be out of place. Ads work best, when they are blended well, and are carefully placed in the middle of an article. The bigger rectangles are the ones that convert well. Sidebar is mostly the worst converting places for an ad.
3) You do not have an about page, and the page that you have is basically a click bank ad. I know you are looking to monetize your blog, but going to loud on the ads at the start does not really help. Add more content and later, when you have a user base on your blog, slowly introduce them to the ads.
4) I see that you have got a twitter widget on the sidebar, but it does not link to your twitter profile. Get a twitter account and a Facebook fan page for your blog, add social media to your blog and make it social friendly.
5) Add some articles, and get the snippets of those articles on the homepage. Remove the ads from the homepage, and focus on the content.
Getting a blog started and building an audience base in it, is tough,
but if you keep at it, very soon it will be a reality,
