New Site Activation and User Registration Error

    I’m using mmulsitie and when a new user creates a blog and clicks on the ‘activation’ link, the site says “..experiecing techincal difficulties”. Also, the password auto generated by wordpress for the user doesn’t work. Appreciate your help, thank you!

    It sounds like there might be a configuration problem with your multisite network. Maybe we can get to the bottom of it with a bit more information. A couple of questions:

    1) Assuming you have super admin capabilities, if you go to the Network admin screen and look at the list of sites, are the new sites that are giving these “technical difficulties” errors actually getting created?

    2) Are you able to look at your server’s PHP error logs? They might provide a hint about the underlying issue that occurs when the activation link is clicked.
