New site / crazy long load times

    I just started developing this site, it has some plugins, NO media files, two pages and no posts and the load time is insanely long. To the point that I can’t hardly even work on it. It’s not my connection and I have other sites on the same server that are loading fine

    Theme = twentythirteen

    PLEASE HELP
