New sites no longer added since plugin upgrade

    I just upgraded to v 5.4.2 and I noticed that new sites added no longer show in the list of all sites options-general.php?page=multi_site_site_list_shortcode. Only sites that I added before the plugin upgrade are visible on options-general.php?page=multi_site_site_list_shortcode.

    How do I get all of the sites to list on options-general.php?page=multi_site_site_list_shortcode so that I can select which ones to exclude?

    The sites Reading setting wp-admin/options-reading.php must be set to allow search engines to crawl the site for the site to show. How do I get sites with the option

    “Visitors must have a login – anyone that is a registered user can gain access.”

    to display in the list of sites to select from on wp-admin/
    options-general.php?page=multi_site_site_list_shortcode list?
