new slides not appearing in slideshow

    i’ve previously created a slider that appears to be functioning normally. but when i now try to add a new slide, it doesn’t show up in the slideshow on the page. the slide seems to be added and the slideshow ‘saved successfully’ in the admin, but the slide itself does not appear in the slider.

    even after saving, leaving the plugin admin and coming back to it, the slide is among those listed in the slideshow, but it is not appearing as part of the slider on the site.

    so, does anyone from the developer respond to issues in this ‘support’ forum? there doesn’t appear to be any other option for support on this plugin.

    Hi,

    First sorry about delay on responding,

    Probably its caused by plugin function conflicts.

    In order to isolate and find the issue, please try to deactivate all plugins on your website.
    If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the cause.

    If it did not work either, try to switch to default WordPress theme and check whether it works or not.
