New step problem on submit job form

I have added a new step before all steps for adding and option which name job type. I want to pass the selected job type to next step which step has job information like job title, description, etc. But when I submit first step, the next step does not show. But when i submit again the first step it’s go next step with this error “job title empty”. 

Where will I get proper guidelines for adding more steps. Here is video
