New submissions delete previous record

    I have this form working on the site but everytime there is a new submission it deletes the previous one both on the site and on the list participants page.
    As you can see on the current page that is submission number 4 and each time I submit a new one it deletes the previous and enters the new one. If you submit Team5 it will delete the current entry. Help please?

    I did have this working properly then it seems like after I did the most recent up of the plugin this occurred. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not but I resurrected last year’s same form and it was working fine when I first started working with it but maybe other changes I made caused problems. Thanks.

    Take a look at the settings under the “Signup Form” tab, there is a section that deals with what to do when a new record matches an existing record. Make sure this is not what is happening in your case.
