New subscriber form block current email

  • We need a urgent way to block people if they are already in the email subscribers no matter what list they sign up for, please help us

    i thought if they existed they would get a message they exist already, we manually blocked some emails, as block list but they can still add in

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    We have checked this case at our end. We are getting the email already exists message as expected. We have attached some screenshots for a reference

    If you have enabled double optin from the plugin’s setting, it may happen that some subscribers haven’t confirmed their subscription. In that, case the plugin doesn’t show the email exists message since the subscriber is still not confirmed.

    Can you please check the status of subscribers for whom you are facing this issue? Is their status is subscribed or unconfirmed?
