New Subscriber notifications are not working – but Confirmation Emails are..

Hi there,

When a user subscribes to our blog, they get all the necessary emails.

But we do not get New Subscriber notification emails. We’ve tried using emails with both @our-domain and @not-our-domain. Neither works.

What could be stopping the New Subscriber notification emails?
