New Subscribers not added to list

    We have had new subscribers sign up using the form provided. The main list is the only selectable list to join and even with people signing up, under the audience tab they do not appear attached to any list.

    is there a fix for this?

    Can you please send us a screenshot of the subscription form settings? For that, please navigate to Email Subscribers > Form > choose a form and click edit and then take the screenshot.
