I’ve been using the plugin for a long time, and was wondering why my list never grew. It turns out that this plugin hasn’t been automatically syncing. I just did a manual process (which takes a long time), and the size of my list in Mailchimp doubled. Why doesn’t this plugin automatically sync, like it promises to do?

So if you click Manual Sync it does work (confirming your settings are correct) but the automatic sync did not work?

There may be an issue with your WP Cron setup.

First thing to try is just hit “save” on the UserSync settings page so that teh plugin tries to re-create the Wp Cron task. If that doesn’t solve the issue you can install a plugin like Advanced Cron Manager and see what is blocking the queue. Usually it’s the task on top of the queue that is throttling / blocking the rest of the queue.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!

    Thanks, Lap! That fixed it.
