New subsite does not automatically set up

  • Hello everybody!

    We have a multisite. Each one of the subsite works perfectly with the plugin.

    A few weeks ago, we add one more subsite. This one does not set up like the others.

    I mean, Visit Name, Tracking ID, Default URL and Time Zone (I have the spanish version of the plugin so if that are not the correct translation, i’m sorry), does not appaer configured. Actually, does not appaer at all.

    Did we have to reistall the plugin? That will set up correctly? That mean that all the previous analytics will dissapear? Did you have another solution?
