New Subsite Users can not Access Dashboard

Hi I am using ultimate member on my multisite. Now the problem is that my new subsite users can not access their dashboard. I want new users to be redirected to their dashboard on login where as they redirected to their site homepage.
The settings I have done are that have set login form to redirect to wp-admin on login and also have created a a new role for new subscribers and set on login to redirected to dashboard and have set dashboard to be accessible.

Then what might be the problem why ultimate member does not allow login … if I remove ultimate member my new subsite users can login straight to their dashboard. Kindly suggest … thanks
